Your reports are often the deliverable a client remembers most, and producing them shouldn’t feel like a second job. That’s the thinking behind the new Reports. We’ve rebuilt it from the ground up into a true production environment, where every slide is editable, every report is on-brand, and every meeting is ready to run directly from the platform.
What used to require Word, PowerPoint, and a separate graphic-design pass now happens end to end inside Wealth.com. You draft, brand, and present every client report in one place, in a fraction of the time.
Here’s a closer look at what’s new.
Built around three ideas
Everything in this feature ladders up to the three things advisors told us matter most.
- More polish, less effort. Edit, hide, reorder, and add disclaimers to any element on any slide, without ever leaving the platform or stitching together a deck in PowerPoint.
- More personal, by client. Toggle individual values on or off, add slide-specific notes, edit cover pages, and save multiple report versions for the same client.
- More confident in the room. Privacy Mode, full-screen presentation, and historical “as-of” data give you everything you need to lead the meeting with clarity.
The sections below go deeper on each.
More customization

Richer, more sophisticated slides mean fewer tools and less manual work.
- Calculator slides. GRAT, CLAT, QPRT, and state estate tax calculators, ready to drop into any report.
- Distribution Summary slides. Choose detailed or simplified versions of EstateFlow™ distributions depending on your audience. (Available with the Family Office Suite.)
Editable flowcharts
Complex structures are easier to explain when clients can see them. Any flowchart generated by Ester® executive summaries or data cards is now fully editable.
- Click Edit, then Edit Flowchart to open the interactive editor.
- Drag and drop nodes to reorganize the diagram on the fly.
- Add, remove, or rename entities and beneficiaries, and refine the text to match the conversation you want to have.
- Keyboard shortcuts speed things up. Delete or Backspace removes a node, Cmd/Ctrl+S saves, and scroll to zoom in and out.
More control

Stay in command of your data and your narrative, without ever leaving the report.
- Direct access to client settings. Adjust marital status or state estate tax assumptions from the Settings menu without changing tabs.
- Preview underlying data changes before applying them, so updates never sneak into a report you’ve already polished.
- Choose your Balance Sheet time period. Ideal for quarterly or annual reviews, year-end comparisons, and anniversary meetings.
- Multiple reports per client. Save one version for financials, one for quarterly check-ins, or however you like to tell the story.
The workflows you know, refined
Everything you rely on today is still here. Many actions are just easier to find, faster to use, or better designed. A few things that moved or evolved:
- Previewing a slide. Open any slide first, then check the box to include it, using the new preview modal.
- Presenting. Press the Play button for true full-screen presentation.
- Reordering slides. Drag and drop slides into the order you want. Shift+Click to select several at once.
- Downloading. The download option now lives in the top navigation bar, with custom file naming.
- Editing a trust or will. Click Edit, then View Source Data to make updates without leaving Reports.
- Commenting. Use the chat icon in the bottom menu while editing to tag colleagues, just like before.
- Hiding sensitive values. Still in Settings, whenever you need it.
- Family Tree. What used to be the Heritage Map is now called Family Tree, a longtime advisor request renamed for clarity.
- Your branding. Custom logos and fonts still apply automatically from your firm’s brand profile, so every report carries your personal touch. And custom free-form templates are still here for whenever the standard library isn’t quite right.
Two ways to start
Every report can begin from a pre-built template, so you’re never staring at a blank page.

The bottom line
Sophisticated, client-ready reports no longer require a stack of tools and hours of formatting. With the new Reports, you can draft, personalize, present, and manage every client deliverable in one place, and spend more of your time on the conversations that matter.
Note: Some of these features are still being rolled out per firm’s compliance approvals. Contact your Account Manager or [email protected] if you’d like to add these capabilities to your account.
