How long is a membership with Wealth good for?

Our memberships are valid for one year.

How do I know this document is good/valid for my state?

Because every state has different laws, our documents are customized to be legally compliant in the state where your employees live (not necessarily the state where they work, if it differs).

Can employees update their estate plans once they have been created?

Once an employee has created an estate plan with Wealth, they can go into their account anytime and update their information, so their plan is always valid and current.

Does an employee get to keep their estate plan if they leave the company?

Once an employee creates their estate plan, it is a valid legal document. However, if an employee leaves the company, they will be required to purchase an individual membership if they wish to continue updating and storing their plan with Wealth.
