January Wealth.com Updates: Redesigned Navigation, Deed Prep for Clients, GSCS Integration, Ester® DOCX Intake, and More

See what's new: Empower your practice with seamless in-app deed preparation, and automated trust account funding to drive immediate client outcomes

We’re kicking off 2026 with some groundbreaking updates all rooted in our mission to empower advisors. This month, we hosted our inaugural EstateCon conference in Scottsdale, where we gathered the industry’s top visionaries to redefine the future of estate planning. If you missed it, don’t worry; you can check our Resource Center on February 2nd where we’ll post recaps of the main stage presentations.

From Michael Kitces’ opening keynote to the unveiling of our latest platform innovations, the energy was clear: the bridge between tax and estate planning is officially here. We are moving beyond static documents and into a new era of dynamic, unified wealth management.

In the spirit of the “real-world outcomes” we discussed on stage, this month’s product updates are designed to turn those strategies into immediate action. Here is what’s new at Wealth.com:

Introducing Tax Planning

For years, tax planning and estate planning have lived in separate worlds. In real life, these decisions are inseparable — estate planning and tax planning are inextricably linked, which is why they belong in a unified system.

Wealth.com tax planning is a holistic tax planning tool that transforms complex tax data into clear, actionable insights for financial advisors. It enables advisors to conduct historical tax reviews, generate forward-looking projections, and model advanced tax-saving scenarios like Roth conversions and capital gains harvesting side-by-side.

If you missed our product keynote at EstateCon, you can still learn more about tax planning in our press release or on our website.

Close the “Funding Gap” with Seamless, In-App Deed Prep

As we move into 2026, we’re focused on helping you not only draft estate plans, but fully execute them. One of the most common bottlenecks in estate planning is the “funding gap”—the period where a trust has been created, but the client’s assets, including real estate, have yet to be formally transferred into it. Historically, the real estate deed transfer required coordination with outside attorneys and significant legwork to track down title information, often taking months to complete. To streamline this critical step, we are thrilled to launch In-App Deed Preparation.

Your clients can now initiate deed transfers themselves directly within their Wealth.com portal to accomplish this in days, not months. Our preferred provider, Dec Law, is not only a full-service law firm specializing in deed prep, but offers coverage across every county in all fifty U.S. states.

Best of all, this service is entirely client-led—clients select their property(ies), choose their timeline (including a 48-hour rush option), coordinate a mobile notary to meet them at their convenience, submit the order and payment via credit card, and notarize their entire Wealth.com estate plan at the same time.

This effectively removes the administrative burden from your plate while giving your client peace of mind that their property is legally secured. Customers can see how it works by watching an overview video in Wealth Academy. Navigation, Simplified: A Sleeker Wealth.com Experience

We’ve refreshed our design to help you move through your workflow with less friction. Based directly on user research and advisor feedback, we’ve consolidated our navigation into a single, sleek reference point that puts the right information exactly where you expect it. You will now find features intuitively grouped by the actions you take every day—such as Data, Planning, and Delivery—allowing you to transition from the Vault to Ester® or Reports (formerly Report Builder) more seamlessly than ever.

Beyond the new sidebar, we’ve introduced tools to make client management more efficient. A new Recent Clients list and a search toggle allow you to jump between client profiles in seconds, while clearly labeled buttons like Client Settings eliminate guesswork when updating vital information. Whether you are tracking Ester® extractions in the new Notifications feed or viewing our Integrations tab for the latest software syncs, these improvements were built to get you to what you need faster.

Fund Your Client’s Account with our Goldman Sachs Custody Solutions Integration

Opening a trust account has traditionally been a tedious process defined by manual data entry. By integrating Wealth.com with Goldman Sachs Custody Solutions (GSCS), advisors can now move from document review to account funding in a single, unified workflow.

Leveraging Ester®, the first AI assistant specifically trained in estate planning, the system automatically extracts key trust details—such as grantors, trustees, and beneficiaries—directly from legal documents to pre-fill account applications. Advisors can open trust accounts, link bank accounts, and initiate ACAT transfers without ever leaving the Wealth.com dashboard. To access this integration, select your initials and click Integrations and select Goldman Sachs Custody Solutions to prompt your account sync.

This integration eliminates redundant data entry and provides real-time visibility into account status, reducing a process that once took hours to just a few minutes.

Ester® Now Supports DOCX files in addition to PDFs

You can now upload .docx files into Ester® for Summaries, Insights, Q+A, and Trust Data Cards. Now, when a user uploads a DOCX file, a PDF equivalent is automatically generated and processed. Both the original DOCX and the generated PDF will be available in your Vault. This is just one of many ways we try to make Ester® work with your workflow, regardless of the types of documents you use.

Distribution Summary Slide in Reports

Thanks to user feedback, we’ve introduced a new Distribution Summary slide that moves beyond visualizing just death-based transfers. This new slide expands EstateFlow™ to consider how the client’s entire wealth portfolio is flowing to people, charities, and trusts to provide a “total wealth transfer” strategy visual.

Start using today by selecting a client and navigating to your Reports tab.

As we move into 2026, our focus remains on helping you not just draft estate plans, but fully execute them with precision. From modeling advanced tax-saving scenarios to closing the real estate “funding gap” in days rather than months, these updates are designed to turn complex strategies into immediate, real-world action.

We invite you to explore these new features—including our sleeker navigation and expanded Ester® capabilities—within your dashboard today.

Note: These updates may not be available on all accounts due to firm-specific compliance policies. If you do not have these updates but would like them added, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
