June Wealth.com Updates

What's new in Wealth.com — June: Advisor Resources, Financial Document Extraction by Ester, and More

A productive month across the platform, with new capabilities when adding clients and an upgrade for Ester. Here’s everything that’s now live.

Advisor Resources

Help Center Menu

A new in-app Help Center brings together support chat, Knowledge Base search, curated resources, and a product news tab — all in one place, right where you need it.

In the Platform

Client Goals & Document Deadlines

Set a goal to invite clients or collect documents when creating a client profile, now paired with a customizable deadline so clients have a clear timeline for when to draft their documents. Friendly automated reminders take the nudging off your plate so clients get over the finish line – and even if they miss the deadline, their invitation does not expire.

People & Entities Upgrades

An improved layout with quick filtering, expandable columns, cross-document contact references, and reorderable views — consistent with the updated UX across the Vault and Balance Sheet.

In Ester®

Financial Document Extraction

Upload a brokerage statement or balance sheet — PDF, Excel, or CSV — and Ester extracts account values, holdings, asset classifications, and liabilities automatically, so you can build a client’s full net worth picture without manual data entry.

Combined Summaries

Select 2–10 completed Ester documents and generate a single aggregated summary — consolidating key data points like trustees and beneficiaries across a client’s full estate in one click.

Mirror Docs

Ester now automatically recognizes paired documents — like matching wills or trusts for spouses — and processes them together, ensuring Executive Summaries, Data Cards, and Flowcharts are structurally consistent across the pair.

For Our Attorney Network

Customizable Documents (.docx)

Clients who engage with an attorney in our network can now download their estate planning documents as Microsoft Word (.docx) files, and their attorney can make unique customizations directly in the draft. This means the client has a single clean document — no bolted-on amendments or codicils required. Now Wealth.com can cover more unique circumstances and wishes than ever.

Heads Up for July

Starting in July, updates move to every other month — fewer, more substantial releases, with more time to explore each set.

Note: Ester® enhancements require an account with those features enabled. Some of these features are still being rolled out per firm’s compliance approvals. Contact your Account Manager or [email protected] if you’d like to add these capabilities to your account.
