Nicole McMullin

Prior to Wealth, Nicole was Director of Product Management at Lattice, where she spent over five years scaling the product organization and leading product strategy across the platform. Before Lattice, she served as Product Lead at Cash App and held product leadership roles at Square for nearly six years, driving product vision and execution across some of fintech's most influential consumer platforms. At Wealth, Nicole serves as SVP of Product & Design, leading the teams behind the platform's continued innovation.

Nicole earned her B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Davis, with a minor in Communication. Outside of work, Nicole is a mom who loves crafting alongside her kids — she recently picked up embroidery and finds it surprisingly soothing.
